2026 IDPX Course
The 2026 IDPX Course by Design Success Network is a structured program designed to help you confidently prepare for the Interior Design Professional Exam by focusing on how CIDQ evaluates professional decision-making, project management, and construction-phase responsibilities.
IDPX covers the professional and administrative phases of interior design, including project feasibility, scheduling and budgeting, contracts and procurement, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out. While many of these topics reflect real-world experience, the exam often presents them in judgment-based or scenario-driven ways that can feel ambiguous or difficult to interpret. This course is built to clarify those expectations and help you move from second-guessing to confident, intentional decision-making.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll work through the full IDPX Exam Blueprint in a clear, logical sequence. Weekly video lessons break down:
-
What CIDQ is testing in each content area
-
How professional scenarios are reframed for the exam
-
Common question patterns, distractors, and traps
-
How health, safety, and welfare considerations influence professional decisions
This course is not about memorizing contracts, codes, or procedures. It’s about understanding how CIDQ expects you to evaluate risk, prioritize actions, and select the best course of action at each stage of a project.
